Melting Straws Sculpture

Seattle-based artist Evan Blackwell made this sculpture by fusing drinking straws together. The piece is called Unconscious Melt. Take a look at Evan’s site to see more of his work (including more straw art!).

Dancing Typography

Here’s a fun site by Román Cortés. The page starts out as the lyrics to “Never Gonna Give You Up” and then morphs into a dancing guy. The slider on the right adjusts the degree to which the image is “dancing guy” and how much is just straight lyrics. Very cool.
