Pedestrian Sculpture by Ryan Johnson

I’ve recently started taking Twitter a little more seriously and have found that it’s an excellent source of art and design inspiration. One of the finds I came across this morning, courtesy of @cado, was this cool sculpture called “Pedestrian” by Brooklyn-based artist Ryan Johnson. This piece was part of a solo exhibition he had at Guild & Greyshkul in 2008. And while we’re on the subject of Twitter, make sure to follow @CMYBacon for regular updates and rants.

The movement is this sculpture is palpable. I have only seen it on this website, not in person, so I can only imagine how fluid it must feel in real life. Great posting– I would love to see more of what this artist is producing.
