I’ll be honest, I really don’t like tomatoes. And it’s not that I haven’t tried. Be that as it may, I still think this tomato mosaic sculpture is pretty neat. Caspian Michalowski and Kevin Sullivan recreated a gigantic version of the HarvestMark logo with 40,000 cherry tomatoes. Pretty cool, but I keep wondering…what do you do with 40,000 cherry tomatoes afterward?

You wash them, and then you eat them. Spaghetti sauce; soup;
salads; and for dessert—tomatoes with sugar and cinnamon. Yum.
